No Hassle Helmet Size Exchanges
When you receive your helmet and you feel it is not the right size we will pay for the shipping to send the helmet back to our warehouse and also we will pay the shipping back to you. We will do this one time at no charge. Please contact our customer service at (877) 837-0047 and we will get a prepaid label to you for the return. Shipping will be Ground Service. This size exchange program is only available when you purchase a product on GmaxSnowHelmets.com. The product must be in brand new unused condition. This service is available for 30 days from the date of purchase. *Closeout products and *Group Buy Pricing are excluded from the size exchange program. Buy a product from us worry free.
If you are not completely satisfied with your new product. Please contact our customer service for a return authorization number, You can send back your product in brand new unused condition 30 days from the date of purchase, You will be responsible for the shipping charges to us. We will refund your purchase less the actual shipping charges it cost us to send you the product. We will issue you a merchandise credit for the cost of the shipping we deducted from your refund. You do not lose and money when buying a product from us.
